SUBSTANCE: invention includes a housing 1 with seats 2, 3, a plug 4, branch pipes 5, 6, a drainage line 7, a stop valve 8, reverse valves or "OR" elements 9, 10. The valve 8 includes a locking element 11, a stem 12. The piston drive of the stop valve 8 includes an odd number of piston cylinders, for example 13, 14 and 15 of single action. The stems 17, 20 and 23 of the piston cylinders 13, 14 and 15 are connected to the stem 12 of the locking element 11 of the stop valve 8 through the pusher 25. The piston cylinders 13 and 14 of opening of the stop valve are located with respect to the pusher 25 on the side of the stop valve 8, and the piston cylinder 15 of closing the stop valve 8 is located on the opposite side of the pusher 25. The pistion area of the closing cylinder 15 is equal to half the total piston area of the opening cylinders 13 and 14 of the stop valve 8. An even number of the piston cylinders 13 and 14 on one side of the pusher 25 can be multiply increased. Between the cock housing 1 and the stop valve 8, a three-way cock 27 can be installed, the third branch pipe of which is connected to a discharge or drain.
EFFECT: possibility of unloading the cock from the operating pressure differential in the operating mode of the existing control systems.
