SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Method of measuring inter-frame time intervals of video recording includes the steps of: setting the operation regime of the LED matrix, switching on the LED matrix in operation regime, recording the video data of the LED matrix operation by the video data recording device, thereby obtaining a sequence of frames, based on the predetermined operation regime of the LED matrix, determining the last illuminated LED matrix on the current frame and on the subsequent frame for the entire resulting frame sequence, determine the time hydrochloric interval between the current and following frame based on the index numbers of the last lighted up diode and duration of the LED emission.

EFFECT: technical result is aimed at increasing the accuracy of determining the time intervals between frames of a sequence of frames.
