SUBSTANCE: to simulate immunodeficiency state due to impairment of the functions of innate immunity cells, sterile 1% peptone water is introduced into the peritoneal cavity of small laboratory animals in a volume of 0.2 ml. 18 hours after the administration, the animals are placed for 4 hours in an air thermostat at a temperature of 30°C with forced ventilation, at a relative humidity of 60-68%, atmospheric pressure of 744-760 mm Hg and O₂ and CO₂ content of 20.5% and 0.10% respectively.

EFFECT: method ensures adequate reproduction of body physiological conditions in a real environment during simulation of secondary immunodeficiency associated with a defect in innate immunity cells controlling the first line of defence against infection.
