SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Metabiotic immunomodulatory agent and the method of its preparation are proposed. Metabiotic immunomodulatory agent contains the cell walls of the corynebacteria of the strain Corynebacterium diphtheriae, deposited at the State Institute of Standardization and Control of Medical Biological Preparations named after L. A. Tarasevich with number 2. Method involves the cultivation of corynebacteria of the strain Corynebacterium diphtheriae No. 2, the disintegration of the grown biomass and its purification by differential centrifugation. Cell wall sediment is washed, resuspended in stabilizer solution.
EFFECT: invention provides metabiotic immunomodulatory agent for the enhancement of innate immunity in humans and animals.
