SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of a cancer patient comprising combined administration of a therapeutically effective amount of quercetin and sodium phenylbutyrate (SPB), each of quercetin and sodium phenylbutyrate being administered intravenously, and the dose of quercetin is 0.5 to 1.5 g, and the dose of sodium phenylbutyrate is 1 to 10 g; a pharmaceutical combination of these compounds for treatment of a cancer patient and for use in cancer treatment, and a kit for treatment of a cancer patient are proposed.

EFFECT: result is a synergistic effect of the compounds, a significant improvement in the quality of life and response to chemotherapy; in various embodiments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and glycolysis inhibitor therapy are also used.
