FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of diagnostics, namely, to estimation methods of technical position of rotary equipment, and can be used for determining defective units and parts, and evaluating life duration of equipment. To implement the method, vibration sensors of key points of equipment are installed on the rotor equipment, which can be: bearing blocks, equipment body, fixing points of equipment to understructure, and others. Next, strain sensors in the key points of the equipment are installed. Information from the vibration sensors is processed in real time to obtain a frequency spectrum of vibration. Information from the vibration sensors is processed in real time to obtain a frequency spectrum by load ratio. Data analysis of the frequency spectrum of strain sensors together with the data of the frequency spectrum of the vibration sensors gives more complete diagnostic information, and this makes it possible to determine the technical position of the equipment and the defects of the units with bigger validity.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the reliability of diagnostics of technical position of rotary equipment.
