At that, the first needle is used to fix the forearm bones in the pronation position, the second needle - to fix the largest fragment of the radial bone, and the other three passes through its fragments at an angle of 6 to 30 degrees between them, and the joint surface is reinforced, all needles that simultaneously fix the fractures, are placed in both bones of the forearm, fractures, needles are injected from the ulnar side into the opposite cortical layer of the radial bone. They stand above the skin only on the ulnar side, the needles protruding above the skin are rigidly joined together by a hardening plastic material. The needles form geometric figures in the form of triangles among themselves.
EFFECT: method allows effective fixation of fractures, avoiding needle migration, development of purulent-inflammatory process, secondary displacement of fragments and pieces.
