SUBSTANCE: method includes administration of stem cells for delivery or homing to a damaged tissue or organ needing regeneration; and an immunosuppressant inhibiting stem cells binding to the said active germinal centres, before or in combination with stem cells administration to the said patient having active germinal centres in the lymphoid tissue. The group of inventions also relates to versions of a method for regeneration of a damaged tissue or organ in a patient.

EFFECT: application of this group of inventions inhibits stem cells binding with lymphoid tissue when administering them together with immunosuppressants and, consequently, their localization in the spleen and lymph nodes, is prevented, allowing the specified stem cells to enhance tissue or organ regeneration and functional recovery.
