FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a humanized immunodeficient non-obese with diabetic (NOD) mouse as a model, as well as to a method for its creation. The use of the above-mentioned mouse is also disclosed in a method for predicting the ranking of the effectiveness of a variety of antitumor remedies for the treatment of a tumor, a method for testing a combination therapy for the treatment of a tumor using two or more candidate remedies, a method for determining the efficiency of a dosage regimen for the treatment of a tumor using a remedy, as well as in a method for determining the safety of a dosage regimen for the treatment of a tumor using a remedy.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively study human-specific infections and treatment methods, which, thus, provides clinically significant in vivo studies of human cells, tissues and immune systems without risk to patients.
