SUBSTANCE: invention is a solid cosmetic composition for application as a massage soap including an outer layer comprising one or more solid vegetable oils in an amount of 10 to 45 wt %, based on the weight of the outer layer, and one or more soft vegetable oils in an amount of 55 to 80 wt % by weight, based on the weight of the outer layer and an inner core, which is a soft vegetable oil composition, a fondant or a liquid cosmetic base, the solid vegetable oil is one or more highly saturated vegetable oils wherein one or more highly saturated vegetable oils are selected from vegetable oils having more than 60 wt % of saturated fatty acids based on the total weight of the fatty acids of the highly saturated vegetable oil, wherein the soft vegetable oil is one or a few low-saturated vegetable oils, wherein one or more low-saturated vegetable oils are selected from vegetable oils having less than 60 wt % of saturated fatty acids based on total weight of the fatty acids of the low-saturated vegetable oil.

EFFECT: invention provides easy melting and immediate softening when touched and applied to the skin.
