SUBSTANCE: invention is a solid cosmetic composition comprising sugar, vegetable fiber, fruit fiber, or a mixture thereof and soap wherein the solid cosmetic composition is prepared by dehydration of a liquid cosmetic composition comprising a sugar in an amount from 33.75 to 47 wt % vegetable fiber, fruit fiber, or a mixture thereof in an amount from 3.75 to 4.75 wt % soaps in an amount from 20 to 75 wt %, and water in an amount from 11 to 15 wt %, wherein the amounts are based on the olnoe the total amount of sugar, fiber, soap and water.

EFFECT: invention provides a cosmetic product which can be folded without breaking, and which can be used just like paper, such as wrapping material, and which is also a soap product that can be used for washing.
