FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in the general blood analysis on the first day, the concentration of red blood cells (X1, 109/l), the average count of platelets (X2, fL), lymphocytes (X3,%), stab neutrophils (X4,%), concentration of conjugated bilirubin (X5, mcmol/l) are determined, in the cord blood - the concentration of CD23 (X6, 10/l), the concentration of IFN-γ (X7, pg/ml), the concentration of IL-6 (X8, pg/ml). The diagnostic index (DI) is calculated using the formula: DI=K1×X1+K2×X2+K3×X3+K4×X4+K5×X5+K6×X6+K7×X7+K8×X8+const, where X1 - is the concentration of red blood cells, 109/l, X2 is the average platelet count, fL, X3 is lymphocytes, %, X4 is stab neutrophils, %, X5 is the conjugated bilirubin concentration, mcmol/l, X6 is the concentration of CD23, 10/l, X7 is the concentration of IFN-γ, pg/ml, X8 is the concentration of IL-6, pg/ml, K1=2.311; K2=-1.106; K3=-0.104; K4=-0.431; K5=-0.437; K6=-7.751; K7=-0.236; K8=0.015; const=8.335. With DI more than 0 a conclusion is made about possible vaccination against tuberculosis in the maternity home, and with DI less than 0, medical withdrawal from vaccination against tuberculosis in the maternity home is predicted.
EFFECT: application of this invention can reduce postvaccinal immune responses and increase the effectiveness of vaccinations conducted by optimisation of the timing of primary vaccination of children from perinatal risk groups and personalized approach to immunization.
