SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for producing a carbon fiber material consisting of the following basic structural elements: stands for installing rolls of starting cellulosic fabric, carbonized fabric and carbon fabric after graphitization; Feeding devices for transportation and transportation of fabric along the lines of preparation, carbonization and graphitization; Baths of boot type for treatment of a tissue in a solution of compounds-precursors of the catalyst; Kiln type furnaces for drying and steaming the fabric after processing it in a solution of catalyst precursor compounds and in the final drying stage; Kiln-type furnaces for carbonization at a temperature of 700°C and a change in the degree of deformation of cellulose tissue in the range from -25 to + 30%; Graphitization furnaces for high-temperature processing of carbonized fabric; Air purification systems; Steam generator; An additional shoe-type bath between the existing bath and the mine-type kiln for drying associated with a reactor for producing a sol of nanodispersed metals from the group: silver, iron, copper, nickel or cobalt in an amount of 0.05 to 3.5 wt % with a particle size from 1 to 50 nm using the electrocondensation method, the additional bath and the sol reactor are interconnected by a circulating pump which mixes the liquid phase and impregnation with the sol of the cellulosic fibrous material in an additional shoe-type bath, and the reactor for producing the nanodispersed metal sol has a linear shape with linearly disposed electrodes to which the electric current with a frequency of up to 1 kHz and a voltage of up to 1 kV.
EFFECT: increased strength of the synthesized carbon fiber.
