SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in agriculture, namely for production of dietary beef. Method involves production and cultivation of calves on a sieve. Calves are received for three rounds of insemination and calving of cows during a year from specialized meat breeds of cattle, and after weaning from mothers, female calves are killed when average live weight is 196 kg at age of 7–8 months, and gobies – on reaching average weight of 206 kg at age of 5–8 months.

EFFECT: provides for monthly delivery of high-quality meat products to consumer in children's institutions, hospitals, rest houses, etc.
