FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: measuring the controlled environmental parameters in nodes of a decentralized peer-to-peer network, each of which is organized on an unmanned mobile vehicle. Each of the mobile nodes of the network is equipped with a dynamic geoinformation system. Network nodes are moved to identify the object affecting environment state, exchanging information about traffic with other mobile nodes and/or performing script adjustments in measurement.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and accuracy of identifying the source of environmental impact.
