FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment. Explosion-proof valve with emergency annunciation system includes a valve body, a gate valve, heat-insulating and rupture elements, and a lined load gate valve, movably connected to the valve body. Attachment assembly of the blast element is fixed with its upper part on the lever and with its lower part on upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Rupture element mounting assembly consists of wire, locking bolt, fork, valve cover lever, nuts, two drums, located respectively in fork of valve cover plate lever and in upper cylindrical part of valve body. Lined load gate movable connection with valve body base is made in form of three rods vertically installed in the holes made in the peripheral part of the body of the lined load gate. Inside the resilient elements, coaxial to them, there are additional resilient elements, for example, made in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Their upper end is connected to the damping device base, and the lower one is in a free (non-pressed) state and protrudes beyond resilient elements bottom plane at distance defined by force, generated with impact blast wave. In the damping device, coaxially embracing the resilient spring elements and not protruding beyond their lower surface, to the base of the damping device, made of rigid vibration damping material such as "Agate", bushing is attached, made of fast-breaking material, such as glass of "triplex" type. To the outer surface of this bushing a safety indicator is attached, which responds to the occurrence of the emergency situation, for example, in the form of a responsive to deformation sensor, such as a strain gage, which output is connected to a signal amplifier, for example a strain gage amplifier. Strain gage amplifier output is connected to the input of the emergency notification system. Rupture element attachment unit is additionally provided with a backup safety indicator fixed on the wire and responding to the occurrence of an emergency situation, performed in the form of a sensor, responsive to deformation, such as resistive strain gage, which output is connected to the signal amplifier, strain gage amplifier, and the output of the strain gage amplifier is connected to the input of the general emergency situation notification device.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the process equipment protection efficiency in the event of an emergency (ES).
