FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of providing safety of blasting operations. Explosion-proof chamber is equipped with the explosion-proof valve, which contains the housing, heat-insulating and interruption elements, and the lined cargo gate, which is movably connected to the valve body. Valve body is made in the form of the lower cylindrical, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts. Lined cargo gate, which overlaps the opening in the body of the protected object, is located in the lower cylindrical part. Heat-insulating element and the sealing membrane are located in the upper cylindrical part of the valve body, the sealing membrane is pressed to the valve body by means of the cover plate, which is hingedly connected to the lever cooperating with the punch. Fastening device of the rupture element is fixed by its upper part on the lever, and the lower part to the upper cylindrical part of the valve body, the fastening unit of the interruption element are composed of the wire, the locking bolt, the plug, the valve cover lever, the nut and two drums, which are located respectively in the fork of the lever of the valve cover, and in the plug of the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Movable connection of the lined cargo gate with the base of the valve body is made in the form of three vertically mounted rods in the holes, which are made in the peripheral part of the body of the lined cargo gate. Lower part of the rods is fixed at the base of the valve body, and the damping device is situated in the upper part, it is fixed on the horizontal crosspieces of the rods and faces the cargo gate. Each of the three damping devices is fixed to the horizontal crosspiece, which is rigidly connected to the rod and made in the form of the circular disk, on which the base of the damping device, made of rigid shock-absorbing material of the "Agat" type, which is connected to the elastomer bushing, having the central opening, through which the rod passes. Bushing has at least three openings that are coaxial with the stem, in which the elastic elements, the cylindrical helical springs are arranged, the upper end of which by means of fastening elements is connected to the base of the damping device, and the lower end is in free state and protrudes beyond the bushing bottom plane at the distance, which is defined by the force, which is generated with the impact blast wave. To sleeve end surface, on the side of the free end of elastic elements that are arranged in its openings aligned with the rod, the safety element is rigidly attached, made in the form of the conical surface, the lower base of the cone being supported by the sleeve, and the apex is formed with the opening, in which the rod enters.
EFFECT: invention allows improving explosion safety of experimental investigations.
