METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF CHEMICALLY POLYSIALYLATED RECOMBINANT HUMAN BUTYRYLCHOLIN ESTERASE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C12N9/18 A61K38/46 C12N15/85

Abstract RU 2645458 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: conjugate is intended to treat, prevent, inhibit or reduce the toxic effects of organophosphorus compounds. This invention also relates to a method for preparation of the said conjugate. The method includes culturing of CHO cells transformed by an expression vector containing a human butyrylcholin esterase gene, purification and chemical sialylation of the resulting recombinant butyrylcholin esterase. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the said conjugate and to a method for treatment, prevention, inhibition or reduction of the toxic effects of organophosphorus compounds in an animal. This method provides administration of the said conjugate or composition to an animal.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a conjugate and a pharmaceutical composition for treatment, prevention, suppression or reduction of the toxic effects of organophosphorus compounds.
