FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for creating a vacuum in the regeneration unit of an absorption gas drying apparatus by glycols and can be used in the gas industry. Apparatus according to the invention comprises a glycol regeneration unit including a vacuum column, a condenser with a cooled condensation and separation section, a pump for evacuation of water condensate and a vacuum pump, a glycol purification unit with a vacuum pump, and a fire-heating system. During operation of the device, the vapour extracted from the column are mixed with the spent barrier fluid supplied from the pump of the regeneration unit and sent to a condenser, where by cooling with a coolant water condensate discharged by the pumping pump is condensed. Non-condensed waste gases are withdrawn from the condenser, mixed with a mixture of spent barrier liquid and waste gas from the purification unit containing light glycol decomposition products supplied by the vacuum pump of the purification unit, and by the vacuum pump of the regeneration unit are supplied as a fuel component to a heating system, into which a balance amount of fuel is also supplied. Heating system is connected to the column and the cleaning unit by the coolant inlet / outlet lines. Part of the discharged water condensate is fed into vacuum pumps as barrier liquid.

EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of energy costs and the elimination of emissions of volatile products of decomposition of glycol into the atmosphere.
