FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for producing hydrogen by steam-air conversion of hydrocarbons and can be used in the industry. Hydrogen plant comprises a steam-air reforming unit equipped with a line for introducing a heated mixture of oxygen-containing gas and water, as well as lines for introducing a heated mixture of hydrocarbon feedstock, water, water condensate and introducing hydrogen-containing gas with a recuperative heat exchanger or with two recuperative heat exchangers and a converter of carbon monoxide between them on a hydrogen-containing gas discharge line, further on which there is a hydrogen release unit equipped with a gas discharge line and a purging gas discharge line on which an oxidation unit with air supply and exhaust gas discharge lines is located, conjugated by a heat exchange surface with a heat exchanger located on the oxygen-containing gas and water supply line. Hydrogen release unit is equipped with a water condensate supply line, and heat exchangers for heating the air and purging gas are installed on the hydrogen-containing gas discharge line. In addition, the water supply lines are adjacent to the water treatment unit equipped with a line for introducing balance water.
EFFECT: technical result is increased hydrogen production.
