FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for producing hydrogen by steam reforming hydrocarbons and can be used in industry. Recovery plant comprises adsorption desulfurization unit with regenerable adsorbent, equipped with regeneration gas supply line, reformer, carbon monoxide converter connected to reformer with synthesis gas supply line, to hydrogen release unit – hydrogen-containing gas supply line, and to adsorption desulfurization unit and to reformer – to purified raw material line on which heater is mounted. In this case, hydrogen recovery unit is equipped with lines for supplying exhaust gas and hydrogen output, and is connected by line for supplying water condensate to water treatment unit, which is equipped with lines for supplying water and deionized water. Recovery plant is also equipped with gas turbine unit, including compressor with air supply line, connected by compressed air supply line to combustion chamber, which is connected to supply line of combustion products with turbine, equipped with exhaust gas outlet line and electric generator, providing electricity to device for feeding process streams. In this case, the combustion chamber is connected to supply lines of regeneration gas and exhaust gas as fuel, reformer is mounted on supply line of combustion products, and heater is mounted on exhaust gas output line.
EFFECT: technical result is to exclude electricity consumption from side.
