FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for producing hydrogen by steam reforming hydrocarbons and can be used in industry. Recovery plant includes an adsorption desulfurization unit with a regenerable adsorbent, equipped with a regeneration gas supply line, a reformer, a carbon monoxide converter connected to the reformer with a synthesis gas supply line, with a hydrogen recovery unit – a line of hydrogen-containing gas, and with an adsorption desulfurization unit; and with a reformer – a supply line of purified raw materials on which a heater is installed. At the same time, the hydrogen recovery unit is equipped with lines for supplying exhaust gas and hydrogen output, and is connected by a water supply line to a water treatment unit equipped with water supply lines and deionized water. Recovery plant is also equipped with a gas turbine unit, including a compressor with an air supply line, connected by a supply line of a part of compressed air with drives of devices for feeding process flows and the supply line of the other part of the compressed air with the combustion chamber, connected with the supply line of the combustion products to the turbine, equipped with the exhaust gas output line and connected to the supply lines of regeneration gas and exhaust gas as fuel. In addition, a reformer is installed on the combustion product supply line, and a heater is installed on the exhaust gas output line.

EFFECT: technical result is to exclude electricity consumption from side.
