FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in development of steeply dipping deposits of solid minerals with ore bodies with variable angle of incidence. Method for development of steeply dipping deposits of solid minerals, including positioning of automated complex of deep mining relative to bottomhole, bringing it into working initial state by means of mechanism of telescopic boom rotation in vertical plane taking into account direction of ore body. Working equipment is positioned above ore body with variable angle of incidence by means of hydraulic cylinder connected with telescopic boom; at that, after working equipment deepening, hydraulic spacer is extended to rigidly fix working equipment in the working. Stripping of the working equipment rigid connection with the telescopic boom and transition to the flexible connection by means of the rope is performed, development of the face by the bailer-loading body is performed by the value of extension of the bumper-loading body on the head section. In sequence, bumper-loading body is pulled in on the head section, hydraulic brace is loosened and the cable winch is released, as a result of which the working equipment on the slides under the action of gravity moves along the working, hydraulic brace extends again and process of mining of ore body with bumper-loading body, which is in initial state. Loosened rock mass is removed from bottomhole by pneumatic conveying system with pneumatic line, made of series of flexible sections as ore body is developed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of productivity, reliability and expansion of technological efficiency of mining of steeply dipping ore bodies with variable angle of incidence.
