FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for bone tissue regeneration around implant. Examination of patient is performed. Size and configuration of bone tissue defect in region of implant are determined. Device in form of cone-shaped hollow bushing of biologically inert material smoothly passing to surface of implant is made with rough external surface, adapted to conditions of stem cells growth. Sampling and extraction of mesenchymal auto stem cells are performed. Cells are cultivated on external surface of said device. Professional oral hygiene of patient is made. Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory therapy in area of bone tissue regeneration is then carried out. Surgical intervention is performed with cutting, detachment and dropping of mucoperiosteal flap in area of implant. Granulomatous tissue is removed in area of dental implant. Bone wound and exposed surface of implant are sterilized with ozone. Said device with stem cells at external surface is placed at cervical part of implant. Bone defect around cervical part of implant is filled with saturated osteoplastic material growth factors and regeneration factors. Membrane for bone plate is applied on top of osteoplastic material. Mucoperiosteal flap is laid back and wound is closed. Control and anti-inflammatory therapy before and after removal of sutures are performed to complete bone tissue regeneration around cervical part of implant. Prosthetic measures are carried out thereafter.
EFFECT: inventions allow to eliminate inflammatory process in area of implant location, eliminate discomfort in patient's oral cavity, improve aesthetics of prostheses, improve quality of patient's life.
