SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-proof devices and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment in the event of an emergency. Method of explosion protection with a warning system for the initial phase of an emergency is that the lined cargo gate is movably connected to the valve body by at least three flexible connections, and the breaking element is made in the form of a pressure safety element. On one of the diametrically arranged straps of the membrane assembly of the pressure safety element, a safety indicator is mounted; the latter is a sensor responsive to deformation, whose output is connected to the signal amplifier, and the output of the signal amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency situation personnel warning device. In the valve body, in its cylindrical part, bordering the conical part of the valve, a circular diaphragm is installed with a central hole and with at least three holes, located in its peripheral part. In the upper part, covered with an armored layer of a lined cargo gate, the bottom part of a rod is axiosymmetrically attached to the valve body, the upper part of the rod is located in the central aperture of the diaphragm, and between the lower part of the circular diaphragm and the upper part of the lined cargo gate there is a bushing made from of fragile material that is coaxially fixed to the support rod, such fragile material being triplex glass, the strength of the bushing is calculated for a certain overpressure in the valve. On the lateral surface of the fast-breaking bushing, an additional safety indicator in the form of a strain gage is fixed, the signal from which is sent to the strain gage via the communication line, and from it to the emergency mode warning system unit. Lined cargo gate is movably connected to the valve body by means of at least three flexible connections in the form of shock-adsorbing braces, which ensure its uniform vertical movement. One end of the brace is hinged to the valve body, and the other is pivotally connected to the valve gate.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency and reliability of protection of technological equipment from explosions in an emergency.
