FIELD: methods of explosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the explosion-proof devices and can be used for the process equipment explosion protection in the event of the emergency (ES) occurrence. Explosion protection method with the emergency situation occurrence initial phase warning system is in that the lined cargo gate is movably connected to the valve body by means of at least three flexible ties, and the breaking element is made in the form of pressure safety element. On one of diametrically located plates of membrane safety device membrane unit fixing the safety indicator in the form of deformation responding sensor, which output is connected to the signal amplifier, and the signal amplifier output is connected to input of personnel warning device on emergency situation. In the valve body, in its cylindrical part, bordering the valve conical part, installing the circular diaphragm with a central opening and with at least three openings located in its peripheral part. In the covered with armored layer upper part of the lined cargo gate axial symmetrically to the valve body, fixing the rod by its bottom part, which upper part is located in the diaphragm central opening. Between the circular diaphragm lower part and the lined cargo gate upper part on the support rod, coaxially to it installing the bushing from the rapidly destructible material in the form of the “triplex” type glass, which strength is calculated for the certain overpressure in the valve. On the rapidly destructible bushing side surface attaching the additional safety indicator in the form of resistive strain gauge, signal from which by the connection line is supplied to the resistive strain gauge, and from it is to the emergency mode warning system unit. Lined cargo gate is movably connected to the protected object body by means of a kinematic pair, for example “lead screw-nut”, which is supplied with the kinematic pair control unit, signal to which comes from the connected to the emergency notification system central dispatching station. Dispatching station generates command to activate the kinematic pair control unit for the lined cargo gate lifting and through the formed gap between the cargo gate and the protected object body, the excess pressure is discharged via the safety valve through the Dy opening, which operating mode is adjusted so, that this does not lead to the membrane safety device activation, i.e. is the safety protection that does not lead to the safety device membrane rupturing.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the process equipment protection against explosions efficiency and reliability in the event of an emergency by recording the ES initial phase onset time by the personnel warning means.
