METHOD OF DIAGNOSTICS OF TECHNICAL CONDITION OF ROTARY MECHANISMS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01M17/00

Abstract RU 2658233 C1

FIELD: test and measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the monitoring and diagnostics of technical condition of units of wheeled-motor blocks of rolling stock. Method includes measuring vibration parameters and values of attendant factors, for example, rotation speed, construction of functional dependences construction of vibration parameters on attendant factors, for example, in form of polynomial, calculation of coefficients of polynomial, which are taken for diagnostic features, formation on this basis of knowledge base of technical state of rotor mechanisms. Moreover, knowledge base is represented in graphical form, for this purpose, polynomial coefficients are grouped for deliberately serviceable and faulty rotor aggregates, sets of points on plane are obtained, coordinates of which are equal to obtained values of coefficients, build on them scattering areas in form of ellipses for classes of serviceable and faulty state of mechanisms, and technical state of rotary mechanism is estimated by point where coordinates are equal to current values of polynomial coefficients of diagnosed mechanism, to ellipse of corresponding class of state.

EFFECT: increase in completeness and reliability of diagnosis is achieved.
