FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to protective devices, for example shock absorbers, which are used in the explosive facilities. Shock absorber of one-time action contains the elastic and damping elements, and also contains the elastic damping breaking element, which is fixed onto the support rods to the stopping sheets by means of the damping base with screws. Single-use bushing made of brittle, collapsible material, for example porcelain is attached to the damping base coaxial to the rod by means of screws. Elastic part of the shock absorber is made in the form of at least three leaf springs facing with their convex part towards the axis of the rod, on which there is the threaded section with the small step for fastening the clamping element of the bushing type the grooves for fixing one of the ends of the leaf springs, the other end of which is fixed in the damping base by means of injection polyurethane. In the elastic part of the shock absorber, which is made in the form of at least three leaf springs facing their convex part towards the axis of the rod, at the ends of leaf springs, horizontal flanges are provided, abutting against the damping base, which is fixed to the stop plates by means of screws. Flanges are fixed in the damping base by means of injection polyurethane.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the reliability of the operation of explosion-proof devices during the emergency explosion at the facility and to ensure the preservation of the main components of the safety structure due to the presence of the single-action shock absorber.
