FIELD: explosion-proof devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-proof devices and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment in the event of an emergency. Explosion-proof device with a rupture disk contains a body, a rupture element of the membrane type, lined load trim, movably connected to the body of the object to be protected. Movable connection of the lined load trim with the body of the object to be protected is made in the form of at least three guide rods, the middle part of which is movably disposed in the sleeves, fixed in the lined load trim, and the lower end of each of which is rigidly connected to the body by means of a flange. At the other end of the rods are fixed thrust plates, on which the explosion-proof elements of the explosion-proof device are fixed, damping effects of a shock blast coming through a hole of diameter Dy in the body of the protected object, in the event of an emergency. Body of the explosion-proof device is made in the form of a lower cylindrical part, an average conical part and an upper cylindrical part, and in the lower cylindrical part there is placed a lined load trim covering an opening with a diameter Dy in the body of the object to be protected, and a bursting disc assembly with a sealing gasket is secured to the upper cylindrical part of the explosion-proof device body by means of fastening elements. Lined load trim protects the explosion-proof unit from burning out in the event of a high temperature in the protected object. Between the explosion-proof elements and the lined load trim, fast-disintegrating elements, under the action of the primary impulse of the blast wave, made in the form of bushings that cover the guide rods. On the elements that are rapidly destroyed under the action of the primary impulse of the blast wave, sensors of the early warning phase warning system are fixed, made in the form of strain gages, the signals from which along the communication line enter the strain gage, and from it through the communication line to the warning system of the initial phase of the emergency. Explosion-proof element of the explosion-proof device is made in the form of an element which is fixed on the support rods to the stop plate by means of a damping base with screws, and a single-action bushing made of brittle, collapsible material is attached to the base, coaxially with the stem, by means of screws, for example porcelain, while the resilient part of the element is made in the form of at least three leaf springs, facing their convex part towards the axis of the rod, on which there is a threaded portion for fastening the clamping element of the bushing type with the grooves for fixing one of the ends of leaf springs, the other end of which is fixed in the damping base by means of injection polyurethane.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of protection of technological equipment from explosions.
