FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method to burn solid organic wastes under higher pressure differing by the fact that: (a) rings are provided from pressed sorted solid organic wastes, which are assembled into a block, having height equal to the height of a combustion zone (1), (b) the block is placed into the combustion zone, in which the temperature of 1450…1500C is developed under the pressure of 0.8-1.0 MPa, and the block is burnt to form a flow of combustion products, (c) the flow of combustion products is sent into an afterburning zone (2), to the inlet of which air is supplied under the pressure of 0.8-1.0 MPa with the flow rate sufficient to provide for complete burning of solid particles to produce a flow of gas, (d) at the outlet of the afterburning zone water is supplied under pressure into the gas flow to produce a flow of a steam and gas mixture, at the same time the water flow rate is selected to provide for reduction of temperature of the steam and gas mixture flow below the minimum temperature of dioxins formation in a gas flow, (e) the flow of the steam and gas mixture is sent into an ejection zone (3), where it is mixed with atmospheric air, and further reduction of temperature takes place during the time that is less than the time of catalytic formation of dioxins, (f) from the ejection zone the flow of the steam and gas mixture is sent into a zone of energy recuperation, in which the flow energy is given to the flow of atmospheric air sent into the combustion zone and to the inlet of the afterburning zone, and the outlet flow is discharged into atmosphere.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce concentration of dioxins or furanes in effluent gases, costs for destruction of wastes and pollution of air and ground.
