FIELD: mixing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing devices and can be used to prepare mixtures. The mixer contains housing with a cylindrical part, a drive, a shaft on which the mixer is rigidly attached. The upper and lower parts of the body are made in the form of a truncated cone. Composite paddle mixer mounted on the bottom of the housing, is made mating with the inner surface of the truncated cone and mounted for rotation on the shaft. In the middle part of the shaft, a second mixer is rigidly fixed through the hub, made in the form of two identical blades. At a distance of 1/3 of their length from the shaft, levers of the same length are pivotally mounted, the opposite ends of which are hinged on the sleeve with the possibility of its movement along the shaft. In this case, a compression spring is placed between the hub and the bushing, and an opening is made in the upper part of the truncated cone of the housing, in which a loading pipe is fixed with a moisture sensor of the loaded material inside.

EFFECT: increased mixing efficiency and eliminate stagnant zones.
