FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to analyze structures of the intercellular substance of connective tissue in histological sections of the cervix in animals. To do this, the drug(s) is taken. Then drugs are studied under microscope. After that, the drugs are photographed using the same illumination and magnification of the microscope. Get photos of the same size. In this case, the sections of the photograph containing the immunopositive component are dyed brown and its shades, and immuno-negative – are painted in blue-violet and shades of blue or gray colors. Get on each photo a few immunopositive sites with a different intensity of staining the substance. After that, the photoshop program removes the immunopositive staining and prints the received samples on a color photoprinter onto a transparent film. Light flux of fixed intensity is then passed through each sample. Part of the light flux is absorbed by preparation, and the remaining light fluxes are measured by a luxmeter. In this case, a minimum amount of light flux F min with non-selected immunopositive regions is obtained and a maximum light flux value F0 with cleaned immunopositive patches, for all photos. Then arithmetic mean value F min and F0. After that, the absorption of the light flux in the sample F is calculated. And with increase in F of the sought in comparison with the control, it is concluded that the synthesis of structural proteins in the intercellular substance of the connective tissue of the cervix in animals is enhanced.
EFFECT: invention allows to analyze structures of the intercellular substance of connective tissue in histological sections of the cervix in animals.
