FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to biotechnology and dermatology, and can be used to produce a bioactive hydrogel for skin regeneration. To obtain the hydrogel, type B gelatin is used, which is extracted by alkaline treatment and has an isoelectric point in the acidic pH range. Hydrogel is formed by chemical crosslinking of gelatin with a bifunctional cross-linking agent, which uses glutaric dialdehyde at a content of 0.05 % by weight. Bioactive hydrogel additionally contains an anionic polymer and a bivalent metal in a final concentration of not more than 50 mM.

EFFECT: use of this invention allows to obtain a bioactive hydrogel, stable under physiological conditions, for the regeneration of the skin with a concentration of a bifunctional glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent of 0.05 % by weight.
