EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of predicting the appearance of distant CM metastases based on the quantitative indicators of lymphocytes and macrophages, the volumetric density of blood vessels in the tumor; method is informative and can be applied in the work of physicians at the stage of surgical treatment of choroidal melanoma (CM) during an intravital pathological and anatomical study of the surgical material of enucleated eyes based on the developed model for predicting the appearance of distant CM metastases, which has a sensitivity of 83.3% and a specificity of 92% allows predicting the appearance of secondary tumor foci.
