FIELD: electrophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of materials for electrophysical instrument making, particularly to technology of production of polymer composites with high dielectric permeability, and can be used in designing various instruments and devices of solid-state electronics, including capacitors, supercapacitors, optoelectronic converters, fuel cells, etc. Composition for producing polymer composite material contains an aqueous 2-9% solution of polyvinyl alcohol, solid electrolyte in the form of a phosphoric-tungstic acid, potassium polytitanate nanoparticles and a plasticiser in form of glycerine, in the following proportions, wt%: polyvinyl alcohol - 34-64; phosphoric-tungstic acid - 5-20; potassium polytitanate - 20-50; glycerine-the rest.
EFFECT: production of polymer composite material with high dielectric characteristics at constant value of effective ion conductivity and relatively low component of electronic conductivity.
