SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive medicine, and can be used to assess the condition of the ovarian reserve of the ovaries. Transvaginal 2D echography of the ovaries with color Doppler mapping of the blood flow of arteries of the ovarian stroma is performed. Pulsator index and the resistance index for the right and left ovaries is determined. Additionally, the ratio of the pulsation index to the resistance index for each ovary is calculated. If the ratio of the pulsator index to the resistance index for each ovary is < 1.8, then a normal ovarian reserve of the ovaries is diagnosed. If the ratio of pulsator index to resistance index for one ovary or for each of them is ≥ 1.8, then a reduced ovarian reserve of the ovaries is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of the evaluation of the ovarian reserve of the ovaries.
