With a combination of polymorphisms: CT-TT-GG, CT-TC-GA, CT-CC-GA, TT-TT-GG, TT-TC-GA, TT-TC-GG, TT-CC-GG, CC-TT-GG, CC-TC-GA, the patient is ascribed to a low-risk group.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of predicting a premature decrease in ovarian reserve in a woman based on genetic predisposition due to genotyping of three polymorphic loci ESR1 C-397T, FSHR T1961C and CYP19A1 G681A.
