SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, surgery, and can be used to perform endonasal endoscopic frontal sinusotomy in childhood. Under the control of the endoscope, through a natural fistula, a luminescent probe is injected into the frontal sinus until a percutaneously glowing spot appears on the forehead of the patient in the area of the frontal sinus projection. Fix the probe to the nasolabial fold. Perform a revision of the nasolabial canal, promoting surgical instruments under the control of the endoscope along the probe until approaching the frontal sinus. After visualization by the endoscope of the frontal sinus, the luminescent probe is removed. Perform a revision of the frontal sinus.

EFFECT: method allows to ensure the safety of the passage of the nasofrontal channel, reduce the psychoemotional load of the surgeon, dispense with the use of navigation equipment due to the use of a luminescent probe under the control of an endoscope.
