FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endoscopic rhinosurgery, and can be used for prevention of cicatrical arthritis scarring after endonasal frontal occlusion. Patient is given a knee-elbow position, the head is inclined downwards with an emphasis of the crown in the floor and pressing chin to chest so that direction of nasofrontal channel in relation to horizontal surface of floor is 90° preparation is delivered drop-by-drop on 4-5 drops in each half of nose, the specified position patient saves 1–2 minutes after instillation.
EFFECT: method enables reducing cicatrisation to insignificant sizes that ensures preservation of sufficient size of nasofrontal anastomosis and does not require installation of silicone stent.
