Base plate (4) is made with a variable cross-section in the form of a central section of thickness H and end sections of thickness h with intermediate transition areas, total length L of the reinforcing base plate, measured along the longitudinal axis of the tank-wagon boiler, is more than 1.3 times the diameter D of the hatch, not less than 1.3 times, the width L₁ reinforcing base plate, measured transversely to the course of the boiler, is from 0.08 to 0.20 of the boiler course circumference.

EFFECT: invention increases the reliability of securing the aperture neck on the course of the tank wagon.
