FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to the control and monitoring systems of hydraulic drives of sucker rod pumps. Control system of hydraulic drive of sucker rod pump includes a programmable login controller (1), analog and discrete outputs of which are connected to the corresponding inputs of frequency converter (2), output power bus of which is connected to the electric motor (3) of the pump of hydraulic drive of sucker rod pump, and the input power bus – to the cutoff switch of supply mains (4). First discrete input of the programmable login controller (PLC) is connected to the switch (5), the second and third discrete inputs of the PLC are connected to the first and the second output of frequency converter (2). Echo sounder (6), fluid flow sensor (7) and the electricity meter (8) are connected to the PLC through the communication port. Second discrete output of the PLC is connected to intermediate relay (9) connected to electromagnet that controls hydraulic actuator of rod rotator. Fourth and the fifth discrete PLC inputs are connected to two position sensors of rod rotator (11).
EFFECT: it provides control over the rise of reservoir fluid from a well and control of hydraulic rod drive in real time.
