FIELD: pumping units.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping units equipped with measuring instruments. The pump contains a housing, including a drive and hydraulic parts, in which the drive part consists of a drive shaft, made with the possibility of connection with the motor shaft, and a crank mechanism, and the hydraulic part consists of three hydraulic cylinders and a piston group, consisting of cylinder bushings and located they contain pistons connected by rods with a crank mechanism. The drive shaft is made in the form of a pinion shaft, which transmits rotation to the herringbone gear wheel of the crank mechanism by means of a herringbone gear. The internal cavities of the hydraulic cylinders form three chambers with suction and discharge valves in each of them, connected, respectively, to the suction manifold and the pressure line. Additionally, the pump contains a cooling and washing system for the piston group, a forced lubrication system and a control unit based on an industrial controller with sensors connected to it for automatic control of the parameters of the mud pump and its auxiliary equipment.

EFFECT: improving the performance and level of automation of the mud pump control with a simultaneous increase in the safety of its operation.
