FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radio measuring technique and can be used to measure the absolute complex transmission coefficients of microwave mixers and microwave devices with frequency conversion. Device for measuring the absolute complex transmission coefficients of microwave mixers contains a vector network analyzer, a test microwave mixer, reference microwave mixer, a microwave local oscillator, an intermediate frequency mixer, three switches, a phase difference meter and level ratios, two directional couplers. In addition, an intermediate frequency amplifier, an adjustable attenuator, and a power divider are introduced. Connections of the newly introduced elements among themselves and the elements common with the prototype collectively form a device that allows eliminating the amplitude-phase error in determining the absolute complex transmission coefficients of the test microwave mixer and using a vector network analyzer that does not have a separate output of the probe signal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy of measuring the absolute complex transmission coefficient and increasing the universality of the device.
