FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radio measuring technique and can be used to measure the complex transmission and reflection coefficients of microwave devices with frequency conversion. Essence of the disclosed solution lies in the fact that a device for measuring complex transmission and reflection coefficients of microwave devices with frequency conversion, consisting of a vector analyzer of circuits comprising a generator of test microwave signals, a first switch and a matched load associated therewith, a microwave heterodyne, a vector voltmeter, an output contact, first and second ports, first, second, third and fourth directional couplers, two-channel superheterodyne receiver containing test and reference microwave mixers, microwave generator, second, third and fourth switches, first and second intermediate frequency mixers, a reference frequency unit, a comparator, a computer, a phase-locked loop (PLL) mixer, a phase detector, additionally two microwave attenuators, two microwave amplifiers and a three-channel power divider.
EFFECT: high dynamic range of measurements of complex transmission and reflection coefficients owing to introduction of additional elements and connections between them.
