FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radio measuring technique and can be used in the measurement of the complex transmission and reflection coefficients of microwave frequency conversion devices (microwave mixers). Device is proposed for measuring complex transmission and reflection coefficients of microwave devices with frequency conversion, which contains a vector network analyzer, which includes: microwave test signal generator, the first switch and the associated matched load, the microwave oscillator, the first, second, third and fourth directional couplers, the vector voltmeter with its output contact, the first and second ports. Device also contains a two-channel superheterodyne receiver to which the microwave mixer is connected. Superheterodyne receiver contains: reference microwave mixer, microwave generator, phase locked loop mixer, phase detector, first and second intermediate frequency mixers, six switches, reference oscillator, comparator and computer; microwave amplifier, comparison circuit, fixed attenuator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the functional capabilities of the device for measuring the absolute complex transmittance and reflection coefficients of microwave devices with frequency conversion.
