FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing curved honeycomb structure (10). Method includes the following operations: -producing deployable fibrous structure (100) by means of multi-layer weaving of a plurality of layers of warp yarns and a plurality of layers of weft yarns; said fibrous structure comprises separating zones, which extend through the thickness of the fibrous structure and are spaced from one another by linking portions between multiple layers of weft yarns. Linking portions are offset by one or more weft yarns in a direction parallel to that of the layers of weft yarns between each series of weave planes; -impregnating fibrous structure (100) with a precursor resin of a pre-determined material; -deploying fibrous structure (100) on holding tool (50) such as to form, in the fibrous structure, a cell in each separating zone (110). Said holding tool (50) also has a curved shape corresponding to the shape of honeycomb structure (10) to be produced; and polymerising the resin of the fibrous structure so as to form a curved honeycomb structure comprising a plurality of cells.
EFFECT: technical result achieved when using method according to invention consists in creating noise reduction systems having reduced weight of structural elements in prefabricated products of multi-layer structures.
