Abstract RU 2650914 C1

FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers and nozzles used in the chemical and other industries. This is achieved by the fact that in a vortex nozzle containing a housing with a nozzle arranged therein, which is made in the form of an inverted cup, in bottom of which there is turbulent fluid flow swirler with at least two inlets inclined towards axis of nozzle in form of cylindrical holes, located in the bottom of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber, and in the lower part of the nozzle, to the cylindrical sleeve end surface by means of two spokes a divider is attached, made in the form of a perforated disk, which convex part is directed towards the diffuser outlet chamber, and between the diffuser outlet chamber and the divider a sprinkler is placed fixed to an axis perpendicular to the nozzle axis, which is rigidly connected to spokes, and the sprinkler is made in the form of a propeller installed along the middle of the axis, which coincides with the axis of the nozzle.

EFFECT: increase in the liquid spraying efficiency.
