FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers and nozzles used in the chemical and other industries. Nozzle vortex contains a body with a nozzle placed in it. Nozzle is in the form of an inverted glass in bottom of which there is turbulent fluid flow swirler with at least two inlets inclined towards axis of nozzle in form of cylindrical holes, located in the bottom of the nozzle. Central cylindrical throttle opening connected to the mixing chamber of the nozzle, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber. At the bottom of the nozzle, a divider is attached to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve by means of two spokes. Divider is made as perforated disk. Convex part is directed towards the diffuser outlet chamber, and between the diffuser outlet chamber and the divider a sprinkler is placed fixed to an axis perpendicular to the nozzle axis, which is rigidly connected to the spokes. Sprinkler is designed as a propeller. Diffuser is attached to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve. At the same time, a round perforated plate is fixed on the diffuser section to form a finer dispersed phase of the liquid being sprayed. Two ejection holes are formed on the diffuser surface to form a finely dispersed two-phase flow: air-liquid. To the spokes of the divider, made in the form of a perforated disk, additional sprinklers in the form of screw drums are attached to the spokes, the directions of the helical lines being opposite to each other.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement in liquid spraying efficiency.
