SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers and nozzles used in the chemical and other industries. Proposed vortex nozzle contains a body with a nozzle arranged in it, which is made in the form of an inverted glass. In the bottom of the cup there is a turbulent swirler of liquid flow with at least two inputs inclined to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical holes located at the bottom of the nozzle. Central cylindrical throttle opening is also provided in the bottom of the nozzle, connected with mixing chamber of nozzle, communicated in series with outlet diffuser chamber. At the bottom of the nozzle, a splitter is attached to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve by means of two spokes, made in the form of a perforated disk, the convex part of which is directed towards the diffuser outlet chamber. Between the diffuser outlet chamber and the dissector is placed a sprinkler fixed to the axis, perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle, which is rigidly connected to the spokes. Sprinkler is made in the form of a propeller installed in the middle of the axis, coinciding with the axis of the nozzle. Perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle, a circular plate of the additional atomizer is connected to the lower part of the sleeve coaxially with the diffuser outlet chamber. To the peripheral part of the additional sprayer is attached a cutter made in the form of a perforated surface of a truncated cone connected to a circular perforated sprayer. Perforation coefficient of the perforated atomizer is smaller than that of the perforated surface of the truncated cone.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the spraying efficiency of liquid.
