FIELD: technological processes; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial-flow sprayers used in chemical and other industries for processes associated with the processing of suspensions, solutions and emulsions. Disk atomizer nozzle contains a housing in which the nozzles are fixed. Each of the nozzles comprises a body with a nozzle arranged therein, which is made in the form of an inverted cup, in bottom of which there is turbulent fluid flow swirler with at least two inlets inclined towards axis of nozzle in the form of cylindrical holes located in the bottom of the nozzle. In the bottom of the nozzle a central cylindrical throttle hole is made, connected with mixing chamber of nozzle, communicated in series with outlet diffuser chamber. At the bottom of each of the nozzles, a divider is attached to the to end surface of cylindrical sleeve by means of at least three spokes, made in the form of a perforated disk. Perforated disk convex part is directed towards the diffuser outlet chamber. Coaxial and axially symmetric to the housing, which is made in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole, tube for supplying air to the mixing chamber of the nozzle is fixed by means of a perforated washer. At the tube end at least three chokes are fixed perpendicular to its axis.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in spraying efficiency.
